Iran Pres says y/y export has risen by 40%
Last year's 40-percent growth in exports is an indication of economic practitioners’ determination to promote exports, the president noted.
On the issue of the sanctions, President Raisi said all of those bans are for preventing the country from growing.
Meanwhile, the country is achieving success as, according to the US officials’, their maximum pressure policy on Iran has been defeated.
The penultimate day of Mehr – the seventh month of the Iranian calendar year – which fell on October 21 this year is called as National Day of Export in Iran.
In his remarks, the president described the connection with the economic infrastructures of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the removal of obstacles to relations with neighboring countries as good news for the country’s economy and progress.
At the ceremony, President Raisi hailed five exemplary exporters and presented plaques of honor to them.
