Qomnews : The SIMFA system was tested and put into operation in the presence of Masoud Tabibi, deputy of transportation of Qom Municipality, General Hamid Arab Larimi, head of the traffic police of Qom, and a group of technical managers.
The cameras in the center of Qom city are connected to the SIMFA system in the first phase, and from now on cars and motorcycles without technical inspection will be fined.
The Smart Traffic Control Center of Qom Municipality has connected the cameras of the city center to the SIMFA system, i.e. the integrated system of Iran’s vehicle technical inspection, in coordination with the country’s vehicle technical inspection headquarters and in cooperation with the General Department of Environment and the Traffic Police of Qom province.
In this project, which will be fully implemented soon by connecting all the cameras in the city to the SIMFA smart system, the law will be applied to cars and motorcycles without technical inspection and a continuous fine will be issued for these cars.
It should be noted that in addition to cars, this system also warns motorcycles that do not have a technical inspection, and if necessary and fails to apply for a technical inspection, it will issue continuous fines to motorcycles as well.
