Qomnews : According to the Qom Municipality’s architecture deputy, an agreement was signed between the related organizations to carry out the transfer of property remotely.
Gholamreza Janghorban pointed out to the municipality’s emphasis on the development of remote activities and said a pact has been inked between the Registrars Association, the Information and Communication Technology Organization of Qom Municipality, and the Deputy of Urban Development in this regard.
The deputy mayor reiterated that based on this memorandum, it was decided that those who refer to the notaries to transfer estate or mortgages, will not receive a physical letter, instead they will use Qom-yar software for this purpose.
The Qom-yar software is connected to the notaries and 50% of the clients usually refer to them to transfer the properties, but with applying this memorandum, if someone wants to sell a property, he will go to the notary and staff would register his/her request in the Qom-yar system, deputy mayor stated.
He further noted that the property information would be entered into the system and referred to the related district, and finally, if there is a need to visit, we inform the owner via SMS.
Janghorban asserted that the owner’s payment receipt is issued through Qom-yar software and the owner also can pay in the same way, and after that, the letter is sent to the notary electronically.
